Yusuf Rukayat has B.Sc (Hons) in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from Lagos State University and an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM). She is tasked with conducting recruitment for all exempt and non exempt personnel, students and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations and employee relations, Maintains company organization charts and employee directory, Implements and annually updates compensation/payroll program. Oversee the day-to-day operations of all staff and staff welfare. She participates in the effective planning and decision making to attain desirable profit making result for the company.
